Conference registration may be paid by check, purchase order or credit card. Registrations must be paid in full prior to admittance to the conference.
Only credit cards (Amex, Visa, MasterCard or Discover) may be use to complete online registration. If paying by check or purchase order, please send to 140 Bogart Court, Roseville, CA 95747. Make checks payable to HTCIA. A non-sufficient funds fee of $25 will be charged for returned checks.
Purchase orders may be accepted under certain circumstances. If your agency requires payment by purchase order, please contact the HTCIA office via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. To receive the early bird rate, a valid purchase order must be received prior to the early bird cut-off date. Payment must be received within 30 days of the PO issuance, and must be paid in full by the first day of attendance at the conference.
Active Members will receive an email invite to register directly.
To receive the discount invite, your membership must be current. You must use the emailed invite to register. Please be sure to check the email account that is used in your HTCIA member profile. If your membership is not current; it will delay the processing of your conference registration. If you have questions regarding your membership, please call the HTCIA office at 916-408-1751.

Confirmation & Conference Badges
All online registrations will be confirmed by e-mail and will be accepted until September 21, 2017. All registrations after that date will be completed onsite.
HTCIA will honor a 90% refund if the registration is cancelled by May 19, 2017. HTCIA will honor a 50% refund if the registration is cancelled between May 20-August 19, 2017. No refunds will be offered after August 20, 2017.
If you are unable to attend, you may substitute a colleague for your entire registration. There is no sharing of registrations. For substitutions after September 21, 2017 please visit the onsite registration desk.
Photograph & Video Policy
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, HTCIA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to HTCIA use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
When incurred for the purpose of maintaining or improving your present profession, expenses for training (such as tuition, travel, lodging and meals) may be tax-deductible. Consult your tax advisor for details.
